Requirements for admission as a sales partner
We attach great importance to ensuring that our products are offered in an environment that meets our quality standards and the close relationship with our customers. The following requirements apply in order to present the brand in the best possible way and promote the shopping experience:
At least one of the requirements listed below must be met in order to be accepted as a sales partner:
- Physical sales areas
Our products are preferably sold in specialist stores with a physical sales area. This allows customers to experience our products on site, receive advice and engage directly with the brand. - Showroom solutions
Alternatively, our products can also be presented in a showroom that is accessible to customers. In this case, it must be ensured that the products are displayed to a high standard and can be presented by trained personnel. - Presence at trade fairs
Sales partners who regularly take part in industry-relevant trade fairs and exhibit our products on site also meet the requirements. Participation in at least two trade fairs per year is required. - Pop-up stores or temporary sales areas
We support innovative concepts such as pop-up stores or temporary sales areas, provided they are operated for a sufficient period (at least two weeks) and represent our brand in an appealing way. - Pick-up and advice locations
Partners who offer customers the opportunity to receive products at a pick-up location or advice center in the region also help to promote proximity to the customer and meet the requirements for a physical presence. - On-site services
Sales partners who offer on-site services such as advice, repairs or product tests can also be considered suitable, as they strengthen contact with customers and ensure high-quality support.
Obligation to provide evidence and verification
We reserve the right to obtain evidence of compliance with the above requirements. This includes photos of sales areas or trade fair stands, rental contracts for showrooms or documentation of service offers.
