Delivery time
We attach great importance to providing up-to-date and accurate information on availability and delivery times in the online store.
Unless otherwise stated for the respective product, the processing and dispatch time from our warehouse is generally 1–5 working days. This information refers exclusively to the shipment of the goods from our location and not to the delivery to the customer.
The actual delivery time depends on the shipping provider, the destination country, and possible delays in the transport process. Therefore, indicated delivery times are to be understood as estimates and are non-binding.
If you require express delivery, you will receive a quote. The costs will be charged to you separately according to the current rates of our shipping partner (parcel service or forwarding agent), irrespective of the value of the goods.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made by post, parcel service or personal delivery.
The period for delivery begins with purchase on account
- for orders placed by 14:00 on the day the contract is concluded
- for orders placed after 14:00 on the day after conclusion of the contract
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Shipping and payment
We only deliver to the following countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden.
Should you nevertheless require delivery to another country, we will charge the actual freight costs (freight forwarder or parcel service) regardless of the value of the goods. Please ask us for the delivery costs.
Most products can only be ordered in packaging units. If you would like to order a quantity outside the packaging units, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
B2C Shipping
Our merchandise items can be purchased directly from us by end customers. Shipping is free of charge. Purchase inquiries can be submitted via the contact form.
Switzerland: Prices include Swiss VAT.
EU: Prices include German VAT.

B2B shipping
Deliveries within Switzerland are free to the specified address from an order value of CHF 200.00 net. We charge a flat rate of CHF 10.00 for freight and packaging costs for orders below CHF 200.00.
Deliveries within the EU (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden) are free to the specified address from EUR 275.00 net order value. Below EUR 275.00 order value we charge a freight and packaging fee of EUR 25.00.
When shipping within the EU from our location in Germany, your order may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties), which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
The purchase is made against invoice, which is payable within 30 days net without deduction. Alternatively, other payment methods can be selected, which are displayed during the ordering process.
