General Terms and Conditions
TOPPIES GMBH
Our goods are intended exclusively for specialist retailers. We do not supply end consumers (with the exception of merchandise). The customer expressly declares that he is concluding the legal transaction in his capacity as an entrepreneur and not in the capacity of a consumer.
§ 1 Prices
The store prices depend on the country to which your order is delivered. In the table below you can see in which currency the prices for your order are calculated.

All prices are final prices and, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of VAT. The prices at the time of ordering apply.
§ 2 Ordering & shipping
We only deliver to the following countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands.
Most products can only be ordered in packaging units. If you would like to order a quantity outside the packaging units, please contact us by phone or e-mail. The shipping of merchandise articles in the B2C store is free of charge. For the B2B store (retailers), please note the following:
(1) Deliveries within Switzerland are free to the specified address from CHF 200.00 net order value. We charge a flat rate of CHF 10.00 for freight and packaging costs for orders below CHF 200.00.
(2) Deliveries within the EU (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden) are free to the specified address from an order value of EUR 275.00 net. Below EUR 275.00 order value we charge a freight and packaging fee of EUR 25.00.
(3) When shipping within the EU, your order may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties), which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details
§ 3 Payment
B2B: You will receive a detailed invoice for your order and can pay it conveniently within 30 days without deduction. Alternatively, you can also pay directly via the means of payment specified in the payment process. As is customary in the trade, the goods remain the property of TOPPIES GMBH until full payment has been received.
B2C: You can pay via the means of payment specified in the payment process. As usual in the trade, the goods remain the property of TOPPIES GMBH until full payment has been received.
§ 4 Purchase agreement
The purchase contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent to you. This applies to orders from the online store as well as by telephone or e-mail.
§ 5 Right of return
You have the right to return faultless goods within 30 days. The freight costs are borne by the sender. The only exceptions to this are products that we have specially manufactured according to your wishes (e.g. personalized items, custom-made products, etc.).
§ 6 Quality
All TOPPIES products are tested by our quality team on a regular basis. This gives you the certainty that you will only receive the best goods. If, despite all precautions, you have any doubts about the quality of the goods, please contact us within 8 days.
§ 7 Warranty & Liability
(1) To enable you to plan and calculate optimally, we are constantly working to keep prices and product specifications stable over long periods of time. We reserve the right to reduce or increase prices and to make technical changes to products without further notice if this is necessary in individual cases. The latest product data is always available on our specialist dealer website or by telephone.
(2) The contents of the website are regularly and conscientiously checked and updated for correct reproduction. Nevertheless, our website is not intended to be a substitute for personal advice. If you have any questions about our products, just give us a call and we will be happy to advise you.
(3) TOPPIES GMBH accepts no liability for the website being error-free.
(4) TOPPIES GMBH accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of our website. In the event that use leads to damage to your devices or data, we will not provide any compensation.
§8 Data protection
The processing of data (names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) provided by the customer in connection with the use of TOPPIES GMBH’s online services is subject to data protection legislation. It will not be passed on to third parties.
§ 9 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
(1) Swiss law shall apply exclusively
(2) The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur (CH)
§ 11 Severability clause
Should one or more clauses of these GTC be invalid, this shall not result in the invalidity of the entire contract. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
